Following is information on APS' 115th Professional Entertainment Industry Networking Event. It took place at the Myron estate and is representative of APS Networking Events.
Over 100 production-side industry professionals attended along with 49 APS professional actor members.
The production-side guests consisted mostly of feature film and television producers and directors, along with smaller numbers of celebrities, casting directors, agents, and managers.
Production-side guests included multiple-award winners and producers of major star-driven feature films, several of which are currently in pre-production.
A beautiful private estate with a gorgeous 270º view and personalized invitations for the guests added class and comfort to this extraordinary event.

When professionally done, networking events work very well . As a result of APS events,
Producers have acquired financing and/or teamed with others to co-produce projects.
Directors have gotten directing jobs.
Casting directors have been hired.
Writer-producers and writer-directors have sold screenplays.
Dozens of actors have been hired for starring roles in film and TV projects (and hundreds have been hired for principal to Co-Starring and Guest Starring roles).
A Note to Film & Television
Producers and Directors:APS produces major networking events every six to eight weeks. We usually limit our events to a maximum of 125 people, so we rotate our production-side guest lists. Although we invite mostly "A-list" producers and directors, we welcome the opportunity to invite promising newer people to our events. A Note to Professional Actors:
With the exception of invited celebrity guests (most of whom also produce and/or direct), acting-side guests at our events are limited to actual APS members only. If you are a professional actor and would like to interview and audition for potential APS membership, please feel free to contact us. We work with only 100 actors and actresses at a time. If we have openings, if you meet our criteria (and if we meet yours), if your audition goes well, and if we all believe strongly that what we offer will actually produce tangible results for you, we will offer membership. As a member, you will be invited to all APS events at no charge.
Actor-Side Membership Consideration
Priority is generally given to actors:
who are recommended to us by producers, directors, casting directors, and/or agents.
who submit their photo and resume (and video demo tapes, when appropriate) prior to their scheduled interview and audition.
