APS EMPOWERMENT LUNCHEON AND BRIEFING MEETING

11:45 Noon - 1:45 P.M. - Friday, October 30, 2009

in the "MC Theatre" at
"The Complex"

(Six blocks south of the APS Offices
near the Southeastern Corner of Wilcox and Santa Monica Blvd.

Doors Open at 11:45 A.M.
The Meeting Begins at 12:00 Noon
Lunch (Great Pizza & Soft Drinks) is served at Noon
We expect to end between 1:45 and 2:00 PM

$10.00 per person*

* $10.00 per person will cover the cost of the food and beverages, but will not cover the cost of the theatre rental. Please give more if you possibly can. Donations towards the Networking Event are also accepted and greatly appreciated. Please give as generously as you can when we "pass the hat." Thank you!

IMPORTANT NOTE: On Sunday, November 1, APS will present a very special Entertainment Industry Networking Event and Award Presentation at the Private Estate.

Please attend the briefing if you want to attend the actual networking event two days later. Invitations to the actual networking event will be given to active and current members at the briefing on Friday, October 30.

Please remember: When we "pass the hat," $10.00 covers your food & beverage only. Please add a financial contribution to help us cover the theatre rental and the enormously high costs involved in producing Sunday's Networking Event for you. (Donations are needed and greatly appreciated! Thank you!)

We need to know right away if you will attend, and whether you will be eating with us or not. (Food, beverages, and supplies must be ordered in advance - Thank you!) Spouses or Guests (who eat, please) are WELCOME at the Briefing.

(Any payments past due, currently due, or payments which will be due by 11/1/09 MUST be received before an invitation to the actual networking event can be extended.)
